  1. Imagine the Valentines Day in Paris...
  2. All you have in mind are red roses, eiffel tower, sunset, wine, and lovers. Isn’t that a lovely dream? A year ago while flying to Paris on February 14th I had only one expectation from this trip...
  3. To not to born my second son during the flight :D I Was in the 7th month of my pregnancy and that was the very last moment to fly anywhere. I flew to Paris to give a talk at Lean Startup Days Conference. Actually not one talks but 3 :D I was in a jury of the startup competition, give a talk at the main conference, and was invited to take part in the discussion panel about growth hacking. After this a couple of days, I got a lot of questions about our offer, services, about what we do. From big French companies like La Post or the biggest French energy company.
  4. So I came back Poland and was like - let’s go and conquer France! But I was in the 7th month of pregnancy, and we grow as Project: people, changed the office and.. we decided to postpone this idea. But we kept it in our minds.
  5. From the time perspective that was a good decision. 2018 was the year of our 3fold increase, in the end of the year we were so tired, and I can’t imagine that we would invest time in one more initiative. But the beginning of the year brought new people in the team, and we started to think about it again.
  6. And we start with talking to people, talking to our partners, clients, to the community - that we’re opening a new office in France.And we got a lot of contacts, informations, and myths :D Just to mention a few the most common: French people prefer everything that’s French, they do not speak English well, they are floppy. But we didn’t focus on that. Instead of that we decided to verify in action if 3 of our main strategies on Polish market will work fine there too.
  7. So that was our 3 strategies we defined and used on Polish market. We start building our brand with meetups. We also used the lever mechanism - we addressed software houses specialising in particular technologies like blockchain or VUI with our services - delivered a great value so they recommended us to their clients. And we start with building the personal branding of founders among our potential clients and community.
  8. So first of all we organized a meetup, where we give a talk and run a panel discussion. And start participating in meetups in Paris to build a network.
  9. We’ve also done a UX research - looking for some French software houses. What we find out is that:
