Heather Yurko, Service Owner, Global Service Logistics + Operations
Systems at Cisco.
• Currently leads a global engineering team that is responsible for the design,
delivery and operations of software that manages the company’s global
service supply chain.
• Previously led other global teams in Cisco focused on Organizational Research
+ Development and Internal Talent Management.
• Winner of multiple industry awards, including the ERE Award (2010), Pega’s
Business Innovation Award (2014); NC Technology Associations' Tech Award -
Business Value: Use of Technology (2014); and Gartner’s BPM Excellence
Awards for North America (Dec 2014).
• Prior to Cisco, successfully built two start-up companies and contributed to
global enterprises like Dun + Bradstreet, Lucent Technologies, and Paine
Webber.
• Holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University

    Welcome Chair OfStrategy Council! Heather Yurko, Service Owner, Global Service Logistics + Operations Systems at Cisco. • Currently leads a global engineering team that is responsible for the design, delivery and operations of software that manages the company’s global service supply chain. • Previously led other global teams in Cisco focused on Organizational Research + Development and Internal Talent Management. • Winner of multiple industry awards, including the ERE Award (2010), Pega’s Business Innovation Award (2014); NC Technology Associations' Tech Award - Business Value: Use of Technology (2014); and Gartner’s BPM Excellence Awards for North America (Dec 2014). • Prior to Cisco, successfully built two start-up companies and contributed to global enterprises like Dun + Bradstreet, Lucent Technologies, and Paine Webber. • Holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University
