PROFILE
I am a self-motivated, committed team player with extensive experience of
managing and leading teams within wider organisations, gained and developed over
12 years in the Civil Service and the Marylebone Project - an organisation that
provides short term accommodation and support for single homeless women. I am
passionate about empowering the vulnerable in our society, thus my career has
been spent developing my skill set working with and for such individuals.
EXPERIENCE
Resettlement Manager, Marylebone Project, May, 2015 - present
• Delivered restructured service after loss of local authority funding;
• Lead and line manage 7 frontline staff delivering non-commissioned Resettlement
service for 63 resettlement beds and 4 emergency beds;
• Oversee and coordinate follow up support for all resettled service users;
• Set direction of the Resettlement service, considering its role within the Project, as
well as its position within the London housing sector generally;
• Set criteria for and oversee referral process into the Resettlement service and
Emergency beds;
• Manage and monitor allocated budget for the service, in consultation with Senior
Management Team
• Recruit, induct and support operational staff across all units, both paid and
volunteer.

Led and line managed 6 Resettlement staff (additional countersigning responsibility
for 6 Residential staff) and 94 beds inc multiple, general and low support service
users; managed voids and arrears; ensured compliance with Quality Assessment
Framework; facilitated best practice; represented units and wider Project in
communication with internal and external stakeholders.
