7. iRPO PRICING
 Fees : Two Pre- specified Fixed fee –Irrespective of salary offered to
selected candidate Both fees may costing even lower than 5% of CTC
1. TSP Fee (Time Specified Processes Fee) –Time & Material Fee for each
work order independent of Selection/s and are conducted for specified
duration
2. TFP – Time Flexi Processes Fees are per selection & payable on joining
subject to candidate surviving Warrantee Period chosen by you .
Warrantee –
1. No Obligation Trial Period – 7 days No Obligation Trial of TSP
Processes , if not satisfied, you may terminate service without
paying FEE.
2. Select a Warrantee period of your choice . Pay TFP only when
Candidate joins and survive that warrantee period.
