• Only costs $3,000 per year. We paid $1,000 set up fee
(first year only). Renewed for second year
• Planning to add Waste Guide in Q2 2016
• 868 residents signed up representing 773 unique
households (10.4% penetration)
• Very positive feedback from residents. Many have
become used to notifications and appreciate reminders
for less frequent collections such as Yard Waste
• Ongoing outreach needed
