introduce students to medical
English.
 In particular we shall focus on
different body systems and
some related common diseases.
Is a highly technical course in which you will be
learning a completely new language
“Medical English”
This requires that you to already have a basic understanding of
Anatomy , Physiology& Biochemistry in Chinese

 The objectives of this course are to:
 Introduce students to medical
English
 Enhance students oral medical
English
 Examine body systems and common
diseases in English
 The course is 14 weeks in duration
with each class consisting of two
45 minute lessons/periods.
 In other words 1 hour 30 minutes
per week.
 Week 15 is the final Exam
 Mostly all lectures , written and video are
done outside of the classroom 讲座,写

 Inside the classroom is for you to talk in
English, so be prepared.课堂上主要是完
成英语口语的学习并练习口语。为练习口
语做准备,必须保证在上口语课前完成外
教布置的作业。
 Students are expected to attend all

 Students are required to submit any
home work on time.每位同学必需主动呈
