Business unit is a fraction of a building where energy consumption monitoring and analysis is being
performed. Business Units represent organizational elements in an ISA 95 model of a building.
Typical building consists of several Business Units.

1 tag represents 1 measurement or 1 calculation in MePIS Energy. Usually, if there are no
specialties, the ratio of tags per business unit for buildings is around 10.
