- Media investments in Belgium decreased 3% from January to April 2015 compared to the same period in 2014. Culture, tourism, leisure and sports received the most investment, followed by retail and transport. - TV and dailies received the largest shares of advertising spending. All media saw decreased investments except for outdoor media, which increased 4%. Cinema and free sheets saw the heaviest decreases at 22% and 18% respectively. - Of the top ten advertisers, D'Ieteren Auto significantly increased spending 29% while Renault and Proximus decreased spending the most at 7% and 6%. Colruyt more than doubled its investments.
