L’esperienza della solitudine è il ritrovarsi in un profondo abisso nel quale ci si sente sfilare qualunque appiglio a cui ci si vorrebbe attaccare. E’ un’esperienza che non si può fare in compagnia, però mai è un chiudersi in se stessi: è un agire in mezzo agli altri privo di una seppur minima ricerca di gratificazione, oppure di senso di delusione qualora il risultato non sia conforme a ciò che voi ritenete necessario. Voi siete abituati a operare per gli altri, giustificando sia il perché, sia il senso, sia il modo in cui lo fate e sia i risultati. La via della Conoscenza metterà in luce quanto sia povera ogni giustificazione sull’importanza e sulle motivazioni che l’individuo attribuisce al proprio agire per gli altri e gli farà incontrare una nuova sensazione di solitudine che lo pervaderà man mano che in lui si smarrirà il significato di ciò che opera da protagonista. Spesso l’uomo dà per scontato che, ad un certo punto del processo interiore, ci si debba muovere anche in direzione degli altri, oltre che della scoperta di sé.
