On October 1st, 2015, the CQCD is organizing an event with the theme “E-commerce and omni-channel solutions for
retail” at the Palais des congrès in Montréal.
The CQCD.org is an association of more than 5,800 commercial establishments, representing nearly 70% of retail-
related economic activity in Quebec. We are the voice of retail in Quebec.
This event will bring more than 300 retailers looking for various solutions based on new technologies. More than
ever, the CQCD is focused on solutions, and the proposed program is specifically developed for retailers.
The day’s menu will consist of three distinct but interrelated subject areas: e-commerce and ERP, e-marketing and
social media, customer experience and mobility.
Participants can choose from an assortment of presentations and workshops presented by over 40 speakers, as well
as benefiting from the exhibitors’ area.
