General Function of the
Position
OHRMD - Responsible for receiving communication, various WF loan application, request for medical expenses
reimbursement and other WF related documents.
HRRO - Responsible for assisting the Office of the Director by organizing files and records, processing and liquidating
expenses, recording, tracking and transmitting various communications, scheduling Directors’ activities.

Institute (CSI). The HRS I carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas/processes of the
CSI. Learning and Development Planning, Training Design Development, Training Delivery and Implementation, and
Training Evaluation

Brief Description of the
General Function of the
Position
CSI - Provides technical support in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Civil Service Institute (CSI). The
HRS II carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas/processes of the CSI - Learning and
Development Planning, Training Design Development, Training Delivery and Implementation, and Training Evaluation.
CSLO - Provides secretariat support to CSLO-sponsored meetings, drafts communications, prepares briefing kits and
other materials for CSC delegates to ACCSM/ASEAN meetings, collects/gather relevant data/information, organizes and
maintains RCCD records .
IAS - Under general supervision, drafts audit plans, conducts compliance, management, operations and follows-up audits
and consequently prepares the appropriate recommendation for each type of audit conducted.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Intermediate: Effectively delivers messages that require some planning for the method used and the possible reception to the message;

IAS - Under general supervision, drafts audit plans, conducts compliance, management, operations and follows-up audits and consequently prepares the appropriate recommendation for each type of audit conducted.
