• Typically a focused 2 year program at the client site
• Not subject to role rotation
• Pastoral Care
• Rigorous Selection Process
• All employment costs and risks are assumed by Hatstand
• Client pays competitive standard daily rate
• Client Options
– During the program, can exchange resource (1 month notice) or cancel (3 month notice)
– 3 Options at program completion
• Convert the HGB to a permanent employee of your organisation at no charge
• Retain the HGB as a consultant through Hatstand
