This document summarizes a student team's project to redesign services for visitors to the Greater Erjie area in Taiwan. The team: 1) Visited local attractions like a granary museum, participated in crafts, and toured a paper mill to understand the community's needs. 2) Interviewed residents and staff to identify problems like a lack of connection between attractions and holistic visitor experiences. 3) Developed solutions like an app to guide visitors, interactive workshops utilizing local resources, and games/wishes at the temple. 4) Presented a service framework and blueprint and three design concepts centered around a DIY crafts experience to address the area's needs.
