This document summarizes a student group's project to redesign services for a village called Bai-mi in Taiwan to make it more sustainable. The group conducted interviews with villagers to understand challenges like a lack of resources and youth emigration. They analyzed strengths like community cooperation. The group proposed a service framework linking the village, visitors, local context and partners through a system of personalized postcards with QR codes. This would allow visitors to share experiences online and promote the village, while supporting local culture and attracting more tourism.
