 You will have 30 seconds after I have read the entire
question to enter your answer on the answer sheet.
Please note there will be a couple of questions where
you will be given 45 seconds, 60 seconds, 90
seconds or 2 minutes to complete your answer. I will
indicate these questions at the beginning of each
round and as they appear on the screen.
 At the end of each round, answer sheets will be
collected and graded by the scorers.

judges will follow the “close
enough” rule
 For personal names, last names
are OK
 For country names, any answer
that clearly and properly identifies
it will receive credit, even if there
may be a more precise technical
