- All Subscription Customers WorldwideStandard, Education and NFR includedAll Subscription products available100% compliance from Product TeamsBuilding library to support Prior Version Policy – starting with 2009 productsWhen 2012 version products are released in calendar year 2011, there will be four product versions available for downloadQA of all products before releasing to customersUpgrades and New PurchasesAs soon as a customer puts a product on subscription, that product becomes available for them to download on Subscription CenterWhen that product is later upgraded to a new version of the product, that upgrade becomes available for them to downloadRequest DVD/CD Link to a Request DVD/CD form available on the download pages.DVDs are only available for the current release of a productThe Request DVD/CD link is only visible to Software Coordinators and Contract Managers.The link is available to customers in pilot and non-pilot countries. However, customers in non-pilot countries will be automatically shipped a box.
- Any user with access to the download pages will see all the products owned by their account.A CM or SC on agreement 1 under account 1 who is also an end user w/o download permissions on agreement 2 under account 1 will have access to the download pagesOnly CMs and SCs can access the Request DVD/CD page
- In Sep 2008 customers of Maya, Motionbuilder, Mudbox, Toxik and Mentalray were granted access to downloads. On Feb 9th, this same access was granted to all subscription customers regardless of the product they own. Only Software Coordinators and Contract Managers have access until Mar 16th.On March 16th End Users that have been granted download permissions will also be able to access full product downloads.
- Customers in the pilot countries must take action to receive their upgrade. They must either download or request a DVD/CD.Safety Net, fulfillment of last resort. If a customer has taken no action within 30 days, a box will be automatically shipped to them.
- In these countries subscription upgrade fulfillment will occur as usual with the added benefit of having access to a download ahead of receiving their box.
