Rory Tucker left her small hometown of Vermillion, South Dakota to attend Park University in Kansas City. She was drawn to Park after visiting campus and finding the people very nice. As a psychology major, Tucker is highly involved on campus as a resident assistant and coffee shop worker. While she lives in the present and does not have specific long-term goals, Tucker hopes to utilize her degree doing market research for advertising companies. She credits her experience at Park and living away from home with teaching her important life lessons.

He has served in the United States Marine Corps since 2007, including a deployment to Iraq. Nature shaped him as the youngest child with two older sisters who grew up enjoying outdoor activities. Nurture came from his loving family who encouraged success and his grandfather's influence. His experiences in the Marines helped him appreciate life and family.

Letter from the CEO:
As I write my inspiration to you today I am reflecting on the seeds we plant in this very special garden of life.
One of our TRI Students in Helderstroom Prison shared with me recently how he is harvesting the fruits of those very early deposits he made in his life, seeds planted with fear and limitation. He is waking up in the middle of his own creation and deeply impacted by its ripple effect. He is shaken. With different tools he is now expanding on his garden, understanding that he is a puzzle piece in a bigger puzzle - we are all connected and each seed has impact. Today he is conscious about sowing seeds with love, care and understanding. And yes, the old trees are still standing as reminders of deep and valuable learning processes - he embraces those with great humility. It has allowed him an understanding as he has healed and a bridge to those who still sow with fear and live in darkness. He is reaching them with his light. He is a Change Agent in the making!
These processes are touching my heart daily... when we begin to live our light beingness and touch those around us. This is why we are here... to unlock an incredible potential.
Let us be curious about the seeds we plant. Let us understand. Let us share our LIGHT

She lost her way in her teenage years but was encouraged by her father to follow her dreams. After high school she felt lost until watching a documentary that revealed how the media misleads youth. This motivated her to change her life by going to college to study media. She is now pursuing her dreams in honor of her father who always believed in her.

They organized a campaign called "Ped lagao jivan bachao" to raise awareness about saving trees. They held a rally and went door-to-door to educate villagers. Many villagers agreed to stop cutting trees and participate in a tree plantation drive. The community members and students planted trees in the village. The teachers saw that the students helped address a social issue and the community members pledged not to cut trees without replacing them.

WTC 93 document collection
The bombing of the World Trade Center (WTC) in February 1993 was a landmark act of terrorism. At least officially, it was the first major strike in the US by radical Islamic militants and as such pre-empted the attacks of 9/11. The perpetrators were a group of men based out of the Al-Kifah refugee center in the Al Farooq mosque in Brooklyn, New York. This was the local branch of the Maktab al-Khidamat or Mujahideen Services Office that funnelled money and people to Afghanistan during the war with the Soviets.
The bombing resulted in several trials ? US vs Salameh et al in 1994, US vs Rahman et al in 1995, and US vs Yousef et al in 1997. The first trial prosecuted several of those in New York who had assisted in building and delivering the bomb. The second trial prosecuted the Blind Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman and some of his followers for a ?seditious conspiracy? that included the WTC bombing, the ?Day of Terror? plot and several solicitations to murder Hosni Mubarek. The third trial prosecuted Ramzi Yousef, the man primarily responsible for choosing the target and building the bomb.
Nonetheless, the case is still subject to a swirl of conspiracy theories, mostly revolving around the FBI informant Emad Salem, who infiltrated the group at the Al-Kifah both before and after the bombing. The idea that Salem built the bomb is misleading, as he was actually sacked by the FBI in the summer of 1992 and wasn?t involved with the Al-Kifah group from then until after the bombing.
The more substantive theories are based on the issue of the Bind Sheikh being some kind of CIA asset, the legends created around Ramzi Yousef and also the possible involvement of triple agent Ali Mohamed. The forensic science investigation of the bombing was also particularly bad. This document collection includes files that shed light on these questions and provide a basis for establishing a more subtle view of exactly who was responsible for the bombing and why they did what they did.
