Kimberley Process

1. Administrative Decision

The Kimberley Process Plenary Meeting decides that the
following approach be taken with regard to statistical
reporting by Participants to the Working Group on
Statistics:
A. Participants should provide statistical reports in
accordance with Annex III of the KPCS document
within three months after the end of each reference
period.i
B. In the event that a Participant does not meet this
statistical reporting deadline, or has not provided
satisfactory explanations for not providing
statistical reports, the Chair of the Working Group
on Statistics will immediately inform the
Participation Committee through the Chair of the
Kimberley Process of any failure to provide
statistics as set out in Annex III of the KPCS
document.

The reference period for the first quarter report on
trade and certificate counts is January to March, for the
second quarter April to June, for the third quarter July
to September and for the fourth quarter October to
December.
The reference period for the first semi-annual report on
production is January to June and for the second semi-
annual report July to December.
