WRAP-6 is a proposal to reclaim unused urban spaces in Phoenix by installing lattice-like structures that provide shelter and encourage public use and community interaction. The structures would anchor and help stitch together disconnected areas, transforming them into vibrant hubs. Made of recycled wood and steel, the lattices would filter sunlight and create ever-changing light patterns, revitalizing the urban fabric.
