We live in computer age where businesses no more bound by borders or limited clientage. Computer and fast technology has renovated the Project's scope can be defined as such element in project that explains the boundaries of the project, set responsibilities for each team member and describe the procedures for how completed work will be verified and how it will be approved.

Major scope is to give the human being a happiness and peace of mind so that no one gets disappointed that he never got a chance to do what he want to do in his life. How to Control Scope process
Changing a scope is an ongoing process that starts just after creation of baseline.
Control Scope Inputs
Five inputs are included in control scope process
1. Project management plan.
In this step scope baseline consisting of the WBS codes WBS dictionary as well as the project scope statement is analyzed. This phase describes how to control scope when the change control plan will intimate about project change control system.

In this phase information is provided on deliverable status and it describes which deliverables are ready to launch and which one are currently work in progress, and how much work is still pending. ABC company is a software development company located in San Fransisco, California. It specializes in the design of business-oriented software like Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, customer relationship management systems, marketing, and sales management systems, among other software used to perform different activities within the business environment.
Purpose and Objectives
ABC has come up with a new software called ShareMarket that leverages on the power of social media to market products. The digital marketing landscape is increasingly becoming sophisticated, with businesses relying on major data companies like Google and Facebook for marketing insights. These data companies take away the autonomy of information of companies. The ShareMarket is a specially designed software that will be used to analyze company data on social media sites and creating reports that can be used to drive digital marketing strategies. This software will be available both on-premise and also on cloud-based services.
Assumptions and Benefits
In developing this software, ABC assumes that no other company has attempted such a project. This is important, especially when considering intellectual property rights. ABC also makes the assumption that the product will be easily feasible with cloud computing technology, among other new technology such as Big Data, as these are the current market trends in software development. Assumptions are also rooted in the cost estimates for the project. ABC uses an average cost estimation method that estimates costs based on current market costs of developing software. It is assumed that these costs will remain fairly constant throughout the project and will not be subject to economic changes.
By undertaking this project, ABC stands to fill a market gap for smaller businesses that cannot access the proprietary functions of Google's and Facebook's marketing tools. ABC stands to increase its profit margin by having one more product on its portfolio. Another advantage is that ABC gets to acquire control of ShareMarket as a product. As such, they may dictate the price of the product from the start, and even when new companies decide to make the software.
Constraints
Despite the immense financial benefits of ShareMarket, ABC will have to deal with competition from already existing digital marketers. Information leakages may hamper the product's success as it would take autonomy away from ABC. Another constraint exists in the costs of implementation, which may be high, given that some outsourcing may be required.

2. An organizational information system relates to a companies strategy because the SDLC is made to fit the company not the company fit to the SDLC. What I mean by this is you can have two companies using the SDLC, this does not mean both plans will be the same. The plan chosen will be the one that will suit the company and employees best. Strategy affects the information systems a company develops and uses because that will be the plan that fit the company’s goals and needs for success. An efficient organizational information system and must align with the company strategy in order for it to work efficiently and correctly, the more related it is the better it is, if these are not related the success would be a lot less and hence we need the success of the company if not there would be no purpose of having am information system established and set in place as it should be set up to help the company be more efficient and successful.
4. Jim’s next step is to benchmarking the company this would help him determine how the company is fairing comparing to its competitors. After that Jim will have to implement a new information system that you would attract new traffic/customer to the organizations. Then Jim could create the SDLC chart, decide who he wants to be a part of his team, have a JAD session with his team and execute his plan. Set weekly or monthly goals to meet. Create a survey for customers to provide feedback from customers. Make sure his project is known by the community when it is ready to be launched.

Introduction
Many companies don’t have a disaster recovery plan often there is a desire for a DRP.
The level of effort and\or cost required to create DRP can cause this project to have a low priority relative to other more immediate projects.
A DRP is viewed as "nice to have" or "just insurance that will not be used ", and not as a critical business component.
That is, until there is a failure that causes a significant outage or loss of data (often at a significant cost to the business).
It is my opinion that every company could benefit from both a disaster recovery plan and a business continuity plan (BCP)
Investing in a DRP and BCP is just as an important for most business in my opinion.
Where do you start?
The first step is to create a DR team and this includes an:
Executive sponsor.
DR coordinator.
Team leaders (there will be several groups and possibly subgroups).
Team members.
This people should be designated as either primary or backup for position, with every position having more than one person assigned this to minimize people as a single point of failure.
The goal is to have the expertise to help develop the various recovery procedures, and is committed to success of the overall effort.

The next step is to define business goals.
The goal should address items such as:
What functional areas need to be recovered?
What length of time is acceptable for recovery?
What amount of data loss is acceptable?
This often involves prioritization and a cost-benefit analysis to determine the worth of recovery (i.e. something that may be premature at this phase of the project).
Understand the business goals and objectives
To find out what that really entails you must know:
What are the critical systems?
What are the key processes and applications?
What are the dependencies on other systems?
This includes:
Data transfers.
Manual processes
Remote processing
Then documents these processes.
Because there is interaction with dependencies on other systems and user interface, and the sensitivity of the data.
Once the systems have been identified, attempt to quantify their impact relative to the overall business goals.
Identify specific requirements
Everyone involve with this effort (including upper management within a company) needs to have a single vision of what success look like, without this you risk wasting time and money on a plan that may be viewed as a failure.
Identify key personnel
These people may not be part of the DR team, but they are important. (For example who has the authority to declare a disaster?)
This list should be maintained both by name and by role; it should be validated and updated frequently.
Identify single point of failure
The overall goal of this step is to mitigate unnecessary risk.

Introduction
The implementation of a program can be designated as technical specification or program, software element or any 0ther systems over computer programming and the deployment. Frequently the implementations will be prevailing for a definite description or standards. The program application of a particular organization in the IT industry will give reimbursements and supports for high-level management(Ake & Kevin, 2009). It also deals with the participation of the customer. In addition, advance, the services in future, directing the audiences, the client awareness, and current programs would be understood.
The problem statement
The problem statement was a statement, which describes about, which recommendations should be done for implementing a program with high privacy as well as the security meanwhile unsecure program can source danger to an IT association and help third party to hack the information more with no trouble(Ake & Kevin, 2009). Participative Budgetary Process serves several benefits for managers in an organization. This process involves the participation of managers from all levels within the organization in the final decision regarding the allocation of budget with mutual consent. Contingency funds created by holding a specific proportion of funds of each department may not be correct. As some departments have good prospects coming up but they may fail due to lack of funds. Managers of all departments should be included in decision making while allocating funds to the respective departments.

The general purpose of the speech was to inform people about the civil injustice being done against the African American community in the United States. The specific purpose of the speech was to portray to the audience how an innocent 14-year old black boy suffered in the hands of the South Carolina State law enforcing officers. Client complained of feeling “sad” Mother reports that teacher said child is withdrawn from peers in class Mother notes decreased appetite and occasional periods of irritation Client reached all developmental landmarks at appropriate ages Physical exam unremarkable Laboratory studies WNL Child referred to psychiatry for evaluation Client seen by Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
MENTAL STATUS EXAM
Alert & oriented X 3, speech clear, coherent, goal directed, spontaneous. Self-reported mood is “sad”. Affect somewhat blunted, but child smiled appropriately at various points throughout the clinical interview. He denies visual or auditory hallucinations. No delusional or paranoid thought processes noted. Judgment and insight appear to be age-appropriate. He is not endorsing active suicidal ideation, but does admit that he often thinks about himself being dead and what it would be like to be dead.
The PMHNP administers the Children's Depression Rating Scale, obtaining a score of 30 (indicating significant depression)

Abstract: This paper is dealing with the importance of business processes regarding costs
tracking and cost management in healthcare institutions. Various changes within the health
care system and funding of hospitals require the introduction of management information
systems and cost accounting. The introduction of cost accounting in public hospitals would
allow the planning and control of costs, monitoring of costs per patient or service and the
calculation of indicators for the analysis and assessment of the economic performance of the
business of public hospitals and lead to the transparency of budget spending. A model that
would be suited to the introduction in the public hospital is full cost allocation model based on
activities or processes that occur, known as the ABC method. Given that this is a calculation
of cost of services provided through various internal business processes, it is important to
identify all business processes in order to be able to calculate the costs incurred by services.
Although the hospital does not do business with the aim to make a profit, they must follow all
the costs (direct and indirect) to be able to calculate the full costs i.e. the price of the service
provided. In addition, the long-term sustainability of business activities in terms of funding
difficulties and the continuous growth of cost of services provided, hospitals must control and
reduce the cost of the program and specific activities. Therefore, the objective of this paper is
to point out the importance of business processes while introducing ABC method.

A strategic plan specifies how a particular program will realize its objectives. With a strategic plan, it is possible to focus efforts on the accomplishment of a program's goals. A strategic plan provides a link between what a program seeks to accomplish and the required actions for successful program implementation (Kettner, Moroney & Martin, 2017). A business plan, on the contrary, defines the path of business. It includes a company's organizational structure, marketing plan as well as financial projections (Kettner et al., 2017).
Impact of Business Plan on a Program’s Strategic Plan
The logic model can help understand the impact of a business plan on a program’s strategic plan. The logic model comprises five major elements such as inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impacts. The inputs are the resources such as funding, facilities, staff and volunteers needed for a given program. The activities are the events or actions of a program such as running the program and data collection. Outputs are the direct products and the desired effects of a program. Impact recalls the goals of a program (Hodges & Videto, 2011).
The financial projection element of a business plan can impact the strategic planning process of a program. Whether you plan to apply for a business loan or not, you need to have a roadmap or plan to get you from where you are to the successful operation of your business. The pages that follow demonstrate the content of a simple business plan which has been found to be successful in obtaining startup funds from banks. You are encouraged to use all or whatever portions of this fit your business.
Please DO NOT write page after page of drivel or copy from someone else’s plan or one of those templates you can find on the Internet. In most cases this will not “sound" like you, nor will it be short and to the point. Those who read these things are busy people and will not be inclined to spend time reading irrelevant paperwork.
Throughout this sample, there are
italicized
comments which are meant to guide you in preparation. If you follow this format it is reasonable to expect a finished document with 15-20 pages plus the supporting documents in the last section.
If you have good quality pictures of your space, products or other items, you might include them as another way to convey just what you plan to do. A map of your location, diagram of floor space, or other illustration is also sometimes helpful. On the other hand, do not add materials simply to “bulk-up” the report.
While content is critical, it is also important to make this presentation look as good as possible. For this course, you will create the business plan in Word and submit the plan and all attachments through the Assignment drop box. That means all attachments have to be in digital form. For a bank loan or an investor, you would normally provide them with a print version. Print the pages in black ink on a high quality tinted letterhead paper. Color is not necessary but would add some interest in headlines, etc. Bind the document in a presentation folder or with a spiral binding. Don’t simply punch a staple in the upper left corner.
If your were going to pursue a bank loan or an investor, it would be normal to take this business plan to your SCORE counselor for a review and critique.

The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.

Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling.
