2. PART 1 - Knowing the product and its functions
Instructions before using
1. Please read the instruction manual, contained inside the package, carefully and retain it for future
reference.
2. Please fully charge the battery before it’s first use.
3. Only use charging cables and adapters that are FCC (Federal Communications Commission)
approved.
4. Place the earbuds back into the case when not in use to extend their service life and prevent its loss.
5. If the headphones have NOT been used for more than 3 months, we recommend that you charge
them. This will improve battery capacity.
6. ln dry environments, static electricity may numb your ear. This is not related to the quality of the
product.
7. The 1MORE PistonBuds have a IPX4 certification, meaning they’re dustproof and protected against
water splashes. So, do not shower or swim with them.
LED Light Status
Earbuds
- Red and blue light flashing alternately: Earbuds in pairing mode.
- Blue light flashing: Earbuds paired to each other.
- Red light continuously on: Earbuds charging.
- Red light off: Earbuds fully charged.
Charging case
- White light on: Case charging.
- White light off: Case fully charged.
Auto-off when battery is low
When the battery is low, the earbuds will turn off automatically with the LED lights slowly glowing in red for
1 second.
3. PART 2 - Operating it
1MORE Music app
Download the app from your cell phone's app store. Register and configure it to receive future product
updates and additional features.
Charging
Charging the earbuds
Put the earbuds into the charging case and charging will start automatically. The earbuds’s LED lights will
indicate in red. You may close the lid. When the lights go off, it indicates charging is complete.
Charging the case
Plug the Type-C charging cable into the port on the case, and the USB plug into a 5V power source.
Charging will start automatically. The LED indicator will stay white when charging and will go off when
fully charged.
Checking the earbuds battery level
With the earbuds paired with your phone, open the 1MORE Music app to check the battery level. Only the
lower battery will be shown. Some phone models don’t support this function.
Initial pairing with your device
1. Open the case and take out the earbuds. They will turn on and connect to each other automatically in
True Wireless Stereo mode. TWS mode completes when one of the earbuds LED light flashes in red and
blue alternately, indicating the earbuds can now be connected with your device (phone, computer, TV or
other Bluetooth sound devices - just one at a time).
2. Go to your device settings and enable the Bluetooth function. Shortly after, a list of devices will be
shown (if needed, select “add bluetooth device” or “locate bluetooth devices nearby”, depending on your
device). Find and tap/select the “1MORE PistonBuds“ name in the list to connect.
Obs.:
- The earbuds will turn off automatically if there’s no connection in 3 minutes.
- Put them back into the case, and take them out to turn them on again.
- Above instructions are available for either earbud in mono mode (just one earbud connected), or TWS
mode (both earbuds connected).
Auto pairing
Obs.: Auto pairing will work with devices you have already paired in the past, and their Bluetooth is turned
on and in range.
Take the earbuds out of the case and wait until their LED lights flash in blue. First, the earbuds will
connect to each other, then try to reconnect with the latest connected device automatically.
4. How to wear them
Take the earbuds out of the case and insert them properly in your ears, paying attention to the L (left),
and R (right) letters engraved on them. Point the earbud’s rod (the elongated part outside your ear),
towards your mouth.

Obs.:
- The earbuds must be paired with a device for it to work, and it's available for either mono or TWS
modes.
- If no phone calls are being received or in progress, tapping twice on the earbuds’s touch control will
work with it’s other functions:
— Left earbud will activate your phone’s voice assistant, if there’s any enabled running on your phone.
— Right earbud will play or pause music on your phone, if there’s any music app open and running.
Putting the earbuds on standby
Place the earbuds into the case. The earbuds will disconnect from your device and start charging.
Disconnecting the earbuds from your device
Option 1: Put the earbuds back into the case and close the lid.
Option 2: Turn off your device’s Bluetooth. The earbuds will try to reconnect with other previously paired
devices that may have their Bluetooth turned on. If no connection is established within 3 minutes, the
earbuds will turn off automatically.
Clear Pairing Record
Clear pairing record on both earbuds
Keep the earbuds in the case in standby mode. Press and hold the Touch Control on both earbuds
simultaneously (the earbuds LED lights will start flashing in red and blue alternately). Hold it until the LED
lights glow in solid blue.

earbud (the earbuds LED lights will start flashing in red and blue alternately). Hold it until it’s LED light
glows in solid blue. Then the earbuds can connect to different devices and work separately.
5. Safety Information
1. Never disassemble the earbuds. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
2. Do not expose the headphones to temperatures below 0 °C or above 45 °C.
3. Do not use the headphones in a thunderstorm. This could prevent the earbuds from working property,
and also increase your chance of being electrically shocked.
4. Do not use oil or any volatile liquid to clean this product.
5. Do not listen at high volumes for extended periods of time.
6. Do not use the earbuds in traffic or anytime it would be dangerous to be unaware of noises around you.
7. Adult supervision is required for children of age 6 and under.
8. If you don't feel comfortable after wearing the earbuds, please refer to an aurist for advice on whether
in-ear headphones are suitable for you.
Common earbuds problems & troubleshooting
1. Why can't the headphones be turned on?
— Check if your headphones have enough battery life. If not, please charge them for at least 30 minutes.
2. Why do the headphones cannot connect to my cellphone, or take a long time to connect?
— A] If the Left and Right earbud cannot pair to each other, and only one of earbuds is connected to the
mobile phone, proceed with the “Clear pairing record on both earbuds” steps as described above, and
then with the “Initial pairing with your device”.
— B] If the earbuds fail to connect to a new mobile phone, please remove the paired record from the
paired phone, or proceed with the “Clear pairing record on both earbuds” steps as described above, and
then with the “Initial pairing with your device”.
— C] Place the earbuds into the case, and uncover the case for 30 seconds to restore the earbuds into
default settings.
3. Why cannot the earbuds play music after successfully connecting to my Android device?
— After pairing successfully, on your device’s Bluetooth menu, tap the gear/settings icon on the right of
your earbud’s name and make sure the “Media Audio” option is selected/turned on.
4. Why is there no sound from the earbuds while making phone calls after successfully connecting to my
Android device?
— After pairing successfully, on your device’s Bluetooth menu, tap the gear/settings icon on the right of
your earbud’s name and make sure the “Phone Audio” option is selected/turned on.
5. Why is the Bluetooth connection isn’t stable and causes some interruptions?
— A] Try shortening the distance between the earbuds and your paired device, and avoid solid barriers
between them.
— B] Keep away from strong interference sources, such as Wi-Fi and GPRS.
— C] Make sure the Bluetooth antenna or your device is not blocked.
6. Why do some control functions do not match those in the manual while using third party music/video
player Apps?
— Your operating system and the third party music/video player apps may have different settings for
control functions. We recommend that you use the music/video player apps that your device has originally
provided.
6. 7. Why are my earbuds not able to connect to the 1MORE Music app for the primary use?
— For Android users, please click “Allow all the time“ to access the location information of your device
when entering the 1MORE Music app. Or adjust this option in your settings for this app.
8. One of the sides of the earbuds (left or right) have stopped working.
— A] Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.
— B] Try factory resetting the earbuds (clear pairing record on both earbuds).
— C] Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.
9. One of the sides of the earbuds (left or right) has low volume.
— A] Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.
— B] Try factory resetting the earbuds.
10. Microphone not working
— A] Check if the device’s microphone volume is muted or blocked.
— B] Check if the earbuds are badly weared/positioned.
11. Earbuds not connecting to my computer
— A] Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices. Then, activate pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and
connect earbuds from: Settings / Bluetooth & other devices / Add new device / Select Bluetooth earbuds.
— B] Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or update the Bluetooth driver. All can be done
in: Manage / Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.
— C] Try resetting the earbuds as said in the pairing section above.
