program will facilitate in you a deeper understanding about
your mind & body. The program was created o be fun,
practical and filled with useful take aways on how to live a
healthier and happier life.

3. WELCOME FROM THE FOUNDER OF
DIGITAL WELLNESS OFFICER
 Ryan Joseph Kopyar
 Counselor, Published Author, Registered Hypnotherapist, Nationally Certified
Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, Health and Wellness Consultant.
Ryan has been involved in health and wellness for over a decade. In 2016 he created the
Mind-Body-Soul Wellness program that was implemented in his gym. Ryan worked
collaboratively with a range of wellness professionals including counselors, yoga
instructors, chiropractors all in the same building.
Seeing the incredible success of his clients, Ryan began to expand his network to work
collaboratively with wellness professionals across New Jersey. When the Covid-19
pandemic hit, Ryan realized the Mind-Body-Soul program needed to be converted to a
digital model. And so the Digital Wellness Officer was born!
