typology
Nominal Capital . The amount mentioned in the Memorandum of Association.it is
also called Authorized capital and Registered capital.
Issued capital. That portion of nominal capital which has been for issued for subscription.
Subscribed capital. That part of issued capital which has been subscribed by peoples.
Called up capital. The amount demanded by the company for the time being (installments)
Un calledcapital . This is to be demanded by the company later on
Paid up capital . The capital actually paid by the shareholder to the company
Unpaid capital . Which is still in the pocketof shareholder.
Reservedcapital. Which is not issued yet?
