TOPIC:
Ms. Calpana Lee wants to register a firm to be known as
“Thanga Bahnga Lee”, approaches to the Security and
Exchange Commission of Pakistan Quetta. On refusal Ms
Calpana argued that company and firm are having the same
legal status so the forum of registration is immaterial, being
legal advisor of SECP, critically examine the statement of Ms.
Lee.
Assignment must be in the prescribed format as follow

 Second page (contents, outlines or synopsis page)
 Third page (main body “should not be more than 3 pages”)
 Last page (Remarks page )
 Assignment should not be in printed form
 Last date for Submission of Assignment is 8th
