3. Technological Platform
F2FGroup is an authorized partner of Nemesysco – the inventor of the
LVA (Layered Voice Analysis) technology. Using Nemesysco core
technology, we developed an entirely new, innovative cloud-based
suite of applications for mass assessment of job candidates, employees,
clients and partners.
We use scientifically validated approach based on decades of R&D in
human psychology. Our research laboratory headed by Alexei Gusev,
PhD, Professor of the Psychology of the Moscow State University is
working in close cooperation with leading international experts in non-
verbal behavior analysis.
4. Innovative Assessment Methodology
Our team has developed several commercial assessment applications
with additional case centric functionalities based on Nemesysco Core
LVA7 technology.
Our suite of solutions allows to create new questionnaires and offer
customized tests applicable in the wide range of cases.
Our cloud-based technology allows to perform hundreds of thousands
of tests per day.
8. Risk Assessment
Risk assessment is conducted by analysing individual answers to a sequence
of questions with gradually increasing respondent’s stress level as questions
become more and more specific and direct.
The questions progress from neutral (e.g. what the person thinks about a
certain topic) to challenging (e.g. whether the person has done something
illegal in the past).
The main purpose is to reveal what critical questions provoke individual’s
increased stress level when answering.
10. Competency and Soft Skills Assessment
The competency assessment is based on analyzing respondent’s answers to
questions related to a particular competency.
The tests is comprised of 22 questions. They are independent from each
other, and each of them helps to evaluate a certain competency.
The main goal is to measure the level of emotional response to questions
related to specific competencies.
12. Test Results Reporting
After a test is completed, the customer receives four types of reports:
1. Risk level report – showing the levels of sincerity in attitude to test
topics.
2. A short or a detailed competencies report – the strength of expression
on each 20 competencies tested.
3. Comparative report for a group or several different groups of employees.
4. Excel Upload – with an overview of large amounts of data and the
possibility to create AI models based on them.
13. Proposal
We invite all interested partners to test and use our platform.
The platform is available as SaaS solution and can be easily integrated with
customer cloud infrastructure and used in any language.
