(Normative-Ipsative splits) 
giving insight into how that

our Swift combined tests, 
allows the rapid 
assessment of multiple 
ability areas in one 
efficient and effective 
test.

separate candidates to see 
different but statistically 
comparable tests 
constructed from banks of 
questions, alleviating 
issues in the security of 
online testing. Pace scores 
provide information about
