영향으로 주택시장 회복세가 뚜렷해지면서 금년 1월말 기준으로
전국의 미분양 주택은 전월(40,379호)대비 8.4%(△3,394호) 감소한 총
36,985호로 집계되었다고 밝혔다.
* `14.8월 44,784호 → `14.10월 40,092호 → `14.12월 40,379호 → `15.1월 36,985호
ㅇ 준공후 미분양은 금년 1월말 현재 전월(16,267호)대비 5.6%(△916호)
감소한 15,351호로 집계되었다.

□ 지역별로 미분양 물량을 보면, 수도권의 미분양은 전월(19,814호)
대비 4.3%(△859호) 감소한 18,955호로, 2개월 연속 미분양 물량이
증가한 후 감소하였고,
ㅇ 지방은 전월(20,565호) 대비 12.3%(△2,535호) 감소한 18,030호로 나타났다.
