Seorang sales bisa menjual dan mencapai target dengan mengandalkan spirit yang dimilikinya, tetapi dengan strategi yang tepat dan service yang memuaskan ia akan mencapai target yang berkelanjutan.
Untuk itu setiap orang sales harus bisa mengelola spirit yang dimilikinya, menggunakan strategi yang tepat dan memberikan service yang memuaskan.
Kata spirit berasal kata benda bahasa latin “spiritus” yang berarti luas atau dalam (breath), keteguhan hati atau keyakinan (courage), energi atau semangat (vigor), dan kata kerja “spirare”yang berarti untuk bernafas. Minuman anggur juga disebut sebagai spirit atau minuman yang memberi semangat.
Spirit adalah salah satu unsur penting untuk mencapai suatu keberhasilan. Spirit seseorang terlihat dari semangat yang dimilikinya dalam bekerja, ada gairah, antusias, tanggung jawab dan komitmen dalam melaksanakan tugas guna mencapai tujuan yang ingin dicapainya.
Bila Anda sudah memiliki semangat tinggi untuk menjual, maka selanjutnya bagaimana agar semangat tersebut bisa digunakan untuk mencapai hasil penjualan yang lebih maksimal. Untuk itulah diperlukan strategi yang tepat.
