Personal Profile
The skills I have acquired through further education and employment I believe are essential to have in any company. These vital
skills are the reason I would be a strong candidate for the role. I am always keen to learn more and excel as much as possible.
I have continuously been practising photography using my Cannon 5D Mark III and Cannon 500d cameras. I often go on outings to
animal parks & centres, woodlands, trips away (for example – Ireland, Scotland and Wales). I enjoy photographing just about
anything and everything be it people, animals, landscapes, still life, street photography, etc. Please see my attached PDF portfolio.
My continual employment throughout my education shows a strong work ethic. Working in the hospitably industry has given me good
interpersonal skills. Having a creative background has given me a perceptive outlook towards all areas in work and my life. I also
have strong computer skills using Photoshop (University level), Lightroom, Bridge, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Flash mainly self-
taught. I also have a lot of experience with office programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Andrew Atkinson
(Andrew Atkinson Photography) – Assisting on photoshoots
I had some work experience with photographer, Andrew Atkinson. I was instructed to walk around the Soho area of London as a
scout photographer. Photographing locations that he could use as an urban background to advertise skirts. I helped him with a few of
his shoots, including photographing the works of a textiles designer and the textiles outlet she used. I also helped with some of the
re-touching of the images.

William Greenwood
(Freelance image retoucher) – Digital Editing
I also had work experience with an image re-toucher, William Greenwood. This involved going to the studio he worked at in Soho
and simply over see what was involved when he met up with the client, how he worked using programs such as Photoshop and
InDesign, seeing the environment, Mac equipment used, practice and learn more about the software and hardware myself. I was
given images to retouch and colour correct.

Weddings, events & general personal photography experience
