1. Based on personal discussion and interview held with you in this regards, you have agreed to join us on or
before July 1, 2016 (9:30 am) at CMS IT Services Pvt Ltd , Plot 114, 3rd floor, sector 44, Gurgaon. in the
absence of which this offer letter shall become void.
2. Compensation: Refer Annexure for details.
3. On the date of joining you are required to submit the following mandatory documents. Please bring in original
for verification along with one photo copy for submission.
 4 Passport Size Photographs
 Present & Permanent Address Proof & photo ID (Voter ID / Aadhar Card / Driving License / Pass
port / Any government approved ID proof)
 Relieving Letter & Experience Letter & Last 3 months Pay Slips
 Educational & Professional Certificates along with Mark sheets
 PAN Card
4. Location: Initially your place of work will be Delhi, which will be transferrable to any place in India as per
company requirement.
5. Working Days & Hours: The general Work week is Monday to Friday. Your work Timing at the company is from
9.00 a.m. to 6.15 p.m. However you are required to abide by the timings of your clients Work Location/Business
Unit as informed from time to time.
Your formal appointment letter will be issued to you on your joining before the joining date and completion of
your joining formalities and submission of all your certificates and necessary documents.
As a confirmation of your acceptance to the above terms, you are requested to sign the duplicate copy of this
offer letter and Annexure.

and employee contribution of Rs 680/- per annum which will be recovered in eight equal instalments. Please refer
