students in Years 10–12 plan their
pathway to achieving a QCE.
Students can explore further
study, training and career options,
and get tips to maintain a healthy
school-life balance.
Here are some examples of areas
which can be explored on myQCE.

4. From the dropdown menu, you can explore the areas you can
access within the Student Portal. This ensures that you can track
your own progress towards achieving a QCE.
Today, we will access the Student Portal and
your Learning Account.
6. What is inside the Student Portal?
You will see the following features inside the Student Portal:
•My Details — where you can check your personal details
•My Learning Account — where you can view your subject and course
enrolments, check your projected QCE eligibility and access your results
and Senior Education profile (SEP) when issued
•My Online Learning — where you can complete the QCAA academic integrity
course and print a certificate of completion.
•My AARA — where you can view the status of access arrangements and
reasonable adjustments (AARA)
•My Timetable — where you will see your external assessment timetable (for
General subjects)
7. 1. Go to myqce.qcaa.qld.edu.au
in your internet browser.
2. Log in to the Student Portal
using your Email address and
Password. Remember, this is
not your school email.
3. Access the My Details
application and check your
details. Contact Mrs Mansfield
to make any necessary updates.

9. 4. Complete the following steps if you need to change your password, update your
email address of mobile number.
12. Access the My Learning Account application: Check that you are enrolled in the
correct subjects. Contact Mrs Mansfield if you there is an issue.
13. View your QCE eligibility: This provides information about your projected QCE points
and any completed credit. Notice the different QCE categories. To achieve your QCE
you require a minimum of 20 QCE points with at least 12 credits from completed Core
courses of study. Partially completed Core courses may accrue credit however do not
contribute to completed Core credits.
14. Review your results: Once results have been recorded in the QCAA portal, you will
be able to review your results and check your progress. It is recommended you check
regularly. Make yourself familiar with accessing this area even if there are no
results there at present.
15. Other areas to access in the future:
- Senior Education Profile: This is where you can download and print a copy of your
QCE, Statement of Results and Senior Statement
- Checking your results: If you believe any results are incorrect or missing, you may
apply for your results to be verified via this area.
16. There are three more tiles on the Student Portal which you may use.
1. My Online Learning: Everyone should have completed the Academic Integrity
Course in term 1.
2. You can view AARA (Access arrangements and reasonable adjustments) for
summative assessment through this tile.
3. You will be able to access the External Exam timetable via this tile.
17. Continue to explore the resources under “Your QCE pathway”.
The myQCE update gives students in Years 10 to 12 information about their
senior studies and advice about future education, training and career
pathways. The QCAA emails the update to students each term.
