• A Stakeholder is any individual, group or organization that may affect or get affected by a decision, activity, or
result of a project or project-related decision.
• Stakeholder analysis is a method to systematically collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to
identify the needs and prioritize requirements of each stakeholder and organize them accordingly. It is crucial to
identify who are the supportive,non-supportive, internal or external stakeholders.
• The objective of the Stakeholder domain is it requires working with stakeholders to maintain alignment and
communication with them to promote positive relationships and satisfaction. Effective stakeholder
communication and handling play an important play in project success.
• The effective execution of this domain can be observed by following
 Productive collaboration with stakeholders throughout the project
 Stakeholder Agreement on Project Goals
 Stakeholders who are beneficiaries of the Project are happy to support. Stakeholders who can resist the
project or its results do not adversely affect the project's results
• Stakeholder engagement includes Identifying stakeholders, Understanding and analyzing, Prioritizing,
monitoring and engaging.
• Interactions Of Stakeholder Domains With Other Performance Domains
• Stakeholders determine the value and scope of what we do, and what scope should be included, create many risks,
but also hold the solutions to many risks, questions and problems.
• Stakeholders are also an important factor in creating the planning and development approach. In addition, it
interferes with delivery. An integral part of our project work. Set standards for quality and success to measure and
manage.
• How can we see results for this domain?
 We see productive collaboration with stakeholders. However, stakeholder movements along the continuous
involvement can indicate relative satisfaction with the project.
 In addition to scope, a significant number of alterations or modifications to project and product requirements may
indicate that stakeholders are not properly engaged and communicating and coordinated with project goals.
 Stakeholder behaviour can tell us whether beneficiaries are happy with the project and support it, or whether they
are against it. Polls, interviews, and focus groups are also effective ways to determine whether stakeholders are
satisfied with the project and its results, supportive or opposed. Review of Project Issues Register and Risk
Register to identify issues relevant to individual stakeholders
Team
• The Team Performance domain addresses activities and functions related to people responsible for producing project
outcomes that deliver business outcomes.
• This line of work requires creating a culture and environment that enables, different people, to develop into an
effective project team. This includes identifying the activities necessary to advance the development of the project team
and encouraging the leadership behaviour of all project team members.
• The following definitions apply to the team performance domain:
• Project manager is a professional who plans, formulates, and executes a project within constraints such as budget and
schedule. He/she is assigned by the implementing organization to lead the team.
• Project Management Team. The members of the project team have a direct part in project management activities.
• Project Team. A group of individuals performing the work for achieving the project objectives.
• Project management is about using knowledge, and skills, in management activities. Management activities focus on
achieving project goals, effective processes, planning, coordinating, measurement and monitoring work. Leadership
includes influencing, motivating, listening, empowering team members
• Outcomes of the Effective Execution of this Domain
 Team will be having shared Ownership, responsibility and accountability.
 Performance of the team will be High as they are always motivated.
 Every member implements their interpersonal and leadership qualities and skills which increases performance
• Interaction of this Domain with other Performance Domains
• The team plays an important role in communicating with your stakeholders
• Creating and implementing your plan
• Delivering products
• Monitoring and controlling your project
• Identifying and managing risks.
• How can we check the Results of this Domain?
• All project team members are aware of the vision and goals of the organization and working toward achieving
them. The team takes full responsibility for delivering the outcome of the project.
• The project team trusts and relies on each other and works together. The project team adapts to dynamic situations
and faces challenges. Effective and efficient collaboration helps them to overcome all kinds of challenges. The
Project team feels empowered and recognized as project team members
• Project team members apply, leadership skills and interpersonal skills. These help by giving people the
opportunities to grow, test, and exercise those skills
Planning
• Activities and work linked with a beginning, ongoing and evolving association are depicted by the planning performance
domain. Moreover, Coordination, which is important for successful project deliverables and results, is addressed in this domain.
Planning maintains, explains, and facilitates all work throughout the venture.
• Objective of this domain
• Proactively creating an approach to make the desired project deliverables is the Prime objective of planning.
• Planning is used by project groups to confirm partners' expectations and is provided with data, which is required to take
decisions, actions, and further alignment.
• According to this domain, appropriate time should be spent on planning. It should not be insufficient and not so much.
• To give directions on meeting the targets and accomplishing the goals of the association.
• Prominent characteristics
▪ Planning for the project group starts with distinguishing skill sets needed to complete the task work.
▪ Planning involves accessing the skills, the degree of proficiency, and long involvement in identical undertakings.
▪ Planning initiates with understanding the patterner’s necessities, business case, task, and item scope. Product scope portrays
the capabilities and features of an item or service. How the work is performed is explained in the project scope.
• Relevant concepts
▪ Estimate: A quantitative evaluation of reasonable sum or result of a variable. Such as cost, assets, exertion, and time
duration.
▪ Accuracy: Inside the quality administration framework, accuracy is an appraisal of rightness.
▪ Precision: In quality administration framework, precision is linked to exactness.
▪ Crashing: For the shortening of schedule duration, this technique is used.
▪ Budget: The approved prediction for any task, schedule activity and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
• Overlapping of planning domain with rest of the performance domains
• Planning happens all through the task and incorporates with every performance domain. In the beginning of the task, the
expected results are recognized. Moreover, to achieve the expected goals, high level plans are made.
• Throughout the task, planning talks about the venture work, business value and results.
• Project groups and partners establish proportions of progress and achievement.
• Planning and uncertainty are connected as project groups plan how to deal with uncertainty and threats.
• Plans should be checked, or new plans created to represent events or situations that arise.
• The project colleagues, environment, and project description impact plans for working with project group effectively and
proactively engagement with stakeholders.
• How to check the results of the planning performance domain
 The project is arranged in a comprehensive way and free from gaps and there are no areas of misalignment, these terms are
elaborated by delivery schedule, accessibility, financing, procurements and so on.
 Degree of arrangement is suitable for the task is represented by the project plans.
 Interactions are necessary to oversee partners' expectations, indicated by partner data and communication management plan.
 Adaption of plans through the whole task is shown by using project backlog. Change control process is used to show that
change is applied.
 A performance survey of undertaking outcomes against the task baselines and other estimation measurements exhibits that
the task is going as expected. Moreover, execution fluctuations are inside limits.

Stakeholder • A Stakeholder is any individual, group or organization that may affect or get affected by a decision, activity, or result of a project or project-related decision. • Stakeholder analysis is a method to systematically collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify the needs and prioritize requirements of each stakeholder and organize them accordingly. It is crucial to identify who are the supportive,non-supportive, internal or external stakeholders. • The objective of the Stakeholder domain is it requires working with stakeholders to maintain alignment and communication with them to promote positive relationships and satisfaction. Effective stakeholder communication and handling play an important play in project success. • The effective execution of this domain can be observed by following  Productive collaboration with stakeholders throughout the project  Stakeholder Agreement on Project Goals  Stakeholders who are beneficiaries of the Project are happy to support. Stakeholders who can resist the project or its results do not adversely affect the project's results • Stakeholder engagement includes Identifying stakeholders, Understanding and analyzing, Prioritizing, monitoring and engaging.
  • 4. • Interactions Of Stakeholder Domains With Other Performance Domains • Stakeholders determine the value and scope of what we do, and what scope should be included, create many risks, but also hold the solutions to many risks, questions and problems. • Stakeholders are also an important factor in creating the planning and development approach. This includes identifying the activities necessary to advance the development of the project team and encouraging the leadership behaviour of all project team members. • The following definitions apply to the team performance domain: • Project manager is a professional who plans, formulates, and executes a project within constraints such as budget and schedule. He/she is assigned by the implementing organization to lead the team. • Project Management Team. The members of the project team have a direct part in project management activities. • Project Team. A group of individuals performing the work for achieving the project objectives. • Project management is about using knowledge, and skills, in management activities. Management activities focus on achieving project goals, effective processes, planning, coordinating, measurement and monitoring work. Leadership includes influencing, motivating, listening, empowering team members • Outcomes of the Effective Execution of this Domain  Team will be having shared Ownership, responsibility and accountability.  Performance of the team will be High as they are always motivated.  Every member implements their interpersonal and leadership qualities and skills which increases performance

The team takes full responsibility for delivering the outcome of the project. • The project team trusts and relies on each other and works together. The project team adapts to dynamic situations and faces challenges. Effective and efficient collaboration helps them to overcome all kinds of challenges. The Project team feels empowered and recognized as project team members • Project team members apply, leadership skills and interpersonal skills. These help by giving people the opportunities to grow, test, and exercise those skills

It should not be insufficient and not so much. • To give directions on meeting the targets and accomplishing the goals of the association. • Prominent characteristics ▪ Planning for the project group starts with distinguishing skill sets needed to complete the task work. ▪ Planning involves accessing the skills, the degree of proficiency, and long involvement in identical undertakings. ▪ Planning initiates with understanding the patterner’s necessities, business case, task, and item scope. How the work is performed is explained in the project scope. • Relevant concepts ▪ Estimate: A quantitative evaluation of reasonable sum or result of a variable.
