This document summarizes a study on employee job satisfaction at CSS Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering Consultancy Services. The study aimed to measure satisfaction levels and factors influencing satisfaction. It used surveys and collected primary and secondary data. Key findings were that employees agreed they received training, appraisals for performance, and support from superiors. Employees were also satisfied with work hours, freedom to provide views, salary, opportunities for growth, and pride in the organization. Suggestions to improve satisfaction included increasing feedback and improving welfare measures. The conclusion was that job satisfaction is important for organizational success and improved employee performance.
