The MoE shall be responsible for the budget of research Research (obviously the Ministry of Education (MoE) is subject to form a committee team to discuss and draft the question forms for the survey of what people need. Conclusion of what people need shall have to be analyzed for the better decisions and The pure decision has to be discussed and proceeded in asking for approval promulgation of the new constitution by the parliament.
- 4. Good points All walks of life shall have equilibriums in the society to make their own decisions, to use their rights, and so forth. Most of people will be supportive and believe in the working system of the MoE.
- 5. Weak points If the decision is not approved by the government people shall reject to share further participations in the future; Waste of money and time for the research. Too many policies to be done one time seems to be impossible.
