This document provides instructions for drawing various views of a cut hexagonal prism, including: 1) Finding the position of the end elevation by projecting points from the front elevation and plan. 2) Numbering points on each view to identify generators. 3) Projecting the cutting line to find the cut shape on the end elevation. 4) Drawing the surface development by projecting the base line and height, and then projecting cut points to indicate the shape. 5) Finding the true shape of the cut surface by projecting cut points at right angles and measuring vertical distances to transfer sizes.
