INTERNAL COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGN
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services needed to convince
employees and customers that the new release of their
ComplianceOne™ software was one-hundred percent
reliable. We helped them launch two parallel campaigns—
one internal and one external—to rebuild confidence and
loyalty in the brand. The employee communication
campaign consisted of a t-shirt, brochure, poster and
tongue-in-cheek e-mail campaign that acknowledged the
development challenges employees had overcome and
instilled pride in the new product’s capabilities.

EXTERNAL PRODUCT LAUNCH CAMPAIGN
To reinforce the software’s new and improved benefits
to customers, we developed an integrated program that
included a brochure, direct mail and e-mail campaign,
web landing page and downloadable screen saver. Using
“you-focused” messaging, we turned the spotlight on the
customer and let them know their concerns had been
heard and their business was truly value
BAKER BOY // BRAND REFRESH
After 50 years of success as a family-owned regional baked
goods supplier, Baker Boy wanted to refresh its brand
image. We developed a more contemporary look, a new
value proposition and positioning strategies for their top
three customer segments: foodservice, in-store and retail
bakeries.
