Solution
1. Cognition: Cognition is defined as a process of gaining knowledge. It is a mental process
which includes thinking, judging, problem solving, decision making, remembering, etc.
Basically, cognition means all the processes that help in acquiring knowedge.
2. Decision making: Genrally, decision making is defined as a set of action being taken to take a
decision. It is a part of cognitive psychology. It means selecting a belief or action among all
other possibilities. It may or may not be prompt.

4. Problem- solving: Problem solving is defined as a method of using all the known information
to solve a particular problem. The main aim of problem solving is to eliminate all the
shortcomings to get the best result. Basically, problem solving means all the mental processes
that an indiviual uses to analyse and to find solution to a problem.Additive strategyElimination
by aspectsIn this strategy, one systematically evaluate important features of all the
alternatives.In this strategy, one rate the choices based on features.In this, elimination is based
on proper evaluation.One eliminates all the alternatives that does not match the critera.

It is a mental process which includes thinking, judging, problem solving, decision making, remembering, etc. Basically, cognition means all the processes that help in acquiring knowedge. 2. Decision making: Genrally, decision making is defined as a set of action being taken to take a decision. It is a part of cognitive psychology. It means selecting a belief or action among all other possibilities. It may or may not be prompt. 3. 4. Problem- solving: Problem solving is defined as a method of using all the known information to solve a particular problem. The main aim of problem solving is to eliminate all the shortcomings to get the best result. Basically, problem solving means all the mental processes that an indiviual uses to analyse and to find solution to a problem.Additive strategyElimination by aspectsIn this strategy, one systematically evaluate important features of all the alternatives.In this strategy, one rate the choices based on features.In this, elimination is based on proper evaluation.One eliminates all the alternatives that does not match the critera.
