1.. Paramyxovirus can isolate from fecal matter of Birds
2.. They are airborne particles. So, their niche is air.
3.. Paramyxovirus grows in blood serum medium for an example EMEM media.
4.. These must be grown in aerobic condition because viruses need host. And these host caanot
grow in anaerobic conditions. There are several examples wchich use animal cell line for growth
of Paramyxovirus, such as Paramyxovirus107 in monkey cell line, Human metapneumovirus
(HMPV) growth in monkey kidney epithelial cells LLC-MK2 and Human parainfluenza viruses
(HPIV) growth in HeLa cell lines.
