Organ Function Placenta Umbilical cord Amniotic Sac Amniotic Fluid Provides nutrients to the developing embryo Transports nutrients and oxygen from mother to baby and waste back. It is attached to mother and baby Contains the Amniotic Fluid Fluid in the amniotic sac that cushions the baby from bumps
