This document provides a call to pray for the deaf and hard of hearing around the world on June 12, 2011. It lists seven areas of "disasters" - earth, life, spiritual, new generation, financial, political, and church disasters - and provides a corresponding Bible verse and crisis/prayer for each. It encourages Christians to remain strong and anchored in their faith and hope in God during difficult times. It was created by the New Life Deaf Church prayer team to share with churches for worldwide prayers on that day.

9. 4. NEW GENERATION DISASTERSDo not let anyone treat you as if you are unimportant because you are young. Instead, be an example to the believers with your words, your actions, your love, your faith, and your pure life. – 1 Timothy 4:12

11. 5. FINANCIAL DISASTERSThe love of money causes all kinds of evil. Some people have left the faith, because they wanted to get more money, but they have caused themselves much sorrow. - 1 Timothy 6:10

13. 6. POLITICAL DISASTERSTherefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake, whether to the king as supreme, or to governors, as to those who are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise of those who do good. – 1 Peter 2:13-17
