The Klaipeda S. Simkus Conservatoire provides secondary professional music education in Lithuania and promotes talented students to seek higher music education. It educates students in piano, strings, winds, percussion, guitar, folk instruments, singing, choir conducting, and music subjects through its departments and programs. Graduates can progress to the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre Arts, Klaipeda University's music faculty, or international higher music institutions. The conservatoire also participates in international music contests, festivals, and student exchanges.
