Shelby County Schools- Memphis, TN                               2006-present
       String Music Program Director
       Duties included building a 6th-12th grade orchestra program at two middle
       schools and one high school. This award-winning program has won orchestra
       competitions in Missouri and Tennessee and has received superior ratings in
       sight-reading and performance consistently. Other duties included
       recruitment, community outreach, and implementing orchestra throughout
       the school district. Program was started in 2006 and currently consists of 12
       schools.
Greenwood Public Schools- Greenwood, MS                           2003-2006
       String Music Program Director/General Music Teacher
       Founder and Director of the Greenwood Elementary Orchestra consisting of
       four elementary schools and one middle school. Duties included teaching
       violin, viola, cello, bass to students in 4th-8th grade.
       Threadgill Elementary General Music Teacher
       Duties included teaching fundamentals of music to students pre-k- 6th grade.
       Recorders, music history, percussion instruments, and piano lab were taught.

       guitar lessons. Three music recitals were held yearly with an emphasis on
       community outreach.
