the Law on Public Procurement and by-laws;
o Preparation of documents in the field of public procurements {tender
documentation, decisions on the initiation of procedures, decisions on the establishment
of the Committee, keeping records about a tender opening, decisions on awards of
contracts and procedure endings);
o Preparation of offers for companies, public companies, and institutions;
o He participated in the openings of public procurements as a committee

company in order to provide consultancy services, particularly regulations
