Lehui has the ability in des ign of compl ete set of
biologicalfermentation tank systems ,manufacture,
installation, commiss ioning, and maintenance. We
can manufacture tank capacity of 50L to 500
cubic meters. We may also pr ovide services fo r
design, instal lation, and commissioning,s uch as
process engineering,automation control s ys te m,
piping, and valve system.
The tank adopts mechanical and electrochemical
polishing with the fine finish as required by the
clients such as ≤ 0.8μm, ≤ 0.6μm, ≤ 0.2μm. Surface
ro ad of pol ishing goes the same direction with the
CIP water to impro ve the cleaning effect.

Si nc e 2006, Lehui has devel oped and maintained friendly
coo peration with Novozymes Company. All sizes o f fermentation
tanks, seeds tanks, and mixture tanks with different specifications
and pressure grade are manufactured in L ehui workshop.
Currently, fer mentation tanks, seeds tanks and mixture tanks are
delivered in functi onal mo dule type for Novozymes (USA) project
consi deri ng the high installation costs in the USA. The pipelines,
cable junction box, cables ar e laid and connected in Lehui
workshop, as well as some instruments ar e fitted in the fr ame for
export in set, saving installation costs and time,destination site
instal lation and project investment will also be re duced in abig
amount.
Fermentation tank size: 169m , diameter 4400mm, including coil
pipe, jacket, and agitator.
