Рис «Жасмин» ½ кг
Сахарный песок ¾ стакана
Кокосовое молоко 1/3 стакана
Манго 2 шт
Семена кунжута 1 ст.л.
Соль по вкусу
Сладкий тайский рис

4. Высыпьте в глубокую
тарелку рис и залейте
его холодной водой.
Затем рис нужно
тщательно промыть ,
пока вода не станет
прозрачной.
5. Залейте рис холодной
водой еще раз, чтобы
вода покрывала рис на 1
см, и поставьте на
слабый огонь. Как
только вода закипела,
накройте рис крышкой и
варите, пока он не
впитает в себя всю воду.
10. Разложите рис
порциями на тарелку и
не забудьте про манго.
Сверху полейте соусом
из кокосового молока и
подавайте на стол.
Украсьте блюдо
кунжутом.
