This document outlines a workshop to help participants identify their entrepreneurial identity and skills. The workshop will work to distinguish entrepreneurs from managers and teach strategic analysis tools. Participants will complete self-assessments, analyze case studies and interviews with entrepreneurs, and receive guidance from experts to build awareness of their own entrepreneurial characteristics and determine if they have the skills and identity to succeed as an entrepreneur. The workshop requires a total commitment of 8 hours over two 4-hour classroom sessions plus 2 hours of additional work.
2. We will work
• to recognise and analyse the differences between Entrepreneurs & Managers,
what distinuishes them and where they overlap
• to know how to use strategic analysis tools which are indispensable today to add
substance to one’s projects
• to identify our entrepreneurial identity in terms of attitudes and skills.
3. Are you considering starting an entrepreneurial activity or have you already started
and you are asking yourself if you are able to face the role? It may be said that
entrepreneurs are born, not made but we don’t listen to these voices because a
person can become an entrepreneur on their strength of their own characteristics, so
we can learn to:

by experts who will lead you to an awareness of your own entrepreneurial
characteristics.
Commitment
The programme foresees a commitment of 8 hours per participant divided in two
4 hour sessions in the classroom, to which must be added 2 hours of field work.
