- Prepare Company Quality Control / Quality Assurance Plan Manual.
- Reviewing company specifications, drawings and subcontractors’ scope of work,
QC review of subcontractors’ Method Statements, QC procedures and ITP’s,
ensure that construction personnel are using the latest revision of all documents,
monitoring/surveillance of construction activities on an on-going basis. Quality
cannot be inspected in after the work is done; ensure the quality is being built in
as the work progress.
- Ensure that at least 50% of the work time is spent in the field, attend witness and
