                                     Self- evaluation
       When we start to do this assignment, we discussed what the focus point of the

assignment and how to do it. We have five members in our team, Kathy, Fiona, Khin,

Teresa and Ellie (me). I have known each other for over one year. We often work

together, especially with group work. We have better understanding of each member's

strengths and weakness. For each group work, based on each member's strengths, we

allocated task to each. Our initial role was assigned as: Khin- responsible for contact the

agency and make appointment with the agency supervisor; Fiona - preparing for the

question list; and rest of us were supplement the question list.


During the interview, we have adopted an one-to-one way to inquires about the agency

information. So that, we will not got confusion either the supervisor and ourselves. Our

interview was going on smoothly. After interview we gathered all information and

discussed the result. Then, basic on each member's strengths, we re-allocated task to each

again. This time, my responsible was writing some possible barriers to clients. I reviewed

the information, analyzed the situations and summarized all the ideas.


However, during this assignment, I found difficultythat it's hard whenwe want discuss

one specific question after school. Because that some of our school time are different, so

we don't have many chance to share opinions face to face. We have to rely on other tools,

such as email or phone call. Sometimes, there is misinformation occur during the process.

Thus, I would like encourage group members to make effective working schedule for the

future cooperation.


In conclusion, I'mfinishing this assignment with pleasure. And I asked partner's opinion

before it complete. Finally, we all feel satisfied for this assignment.
