In week 4, the team worked on defining the user pain points and primary concerns for their Cumulus Cloud Wallet project. They identified that users find it inconvenient to manage multiple payment methods and cards. Users are also concerned about the security and trustworthiness of new payment systems. The team provided initial sketches and brainstormed designs for the wallet application. In the next week, they will define their concept, start wireframing, do prototyping, and continue design research.
