2. About Organizer
Established in mid-2009, the film collective Kon Khmer Koun
Khmer (Khmer Films, Khmer Youth, also known as 4K) is a self-
sustained team of young people from diverse disciplines. We
produce youth-initiated films and organize film-related events
and offer a vital network enabling other young Cambodians to
get engaged in the film and screen culture.

3. About FilmCamp 2015
FilmCamp is a one-day annual event which provides an
opportunity to people interested in the film industry to meet film
specialists, to gain more experience and knowledge about film
production and to better understand Cambodia's cinema
nowadays. We are now seeking for dedicated and energetic
young volunteers like you to help organize this flagship event of

5. Public Relation Manager
- To maintain PR events
- To deal with media
- Write PR article
- Plan and strategy to promote event
- Online and offline promotion
- Other related tasks

6. Volunteer Manager
- To recruit volunteers for event and
each function
- keep track on volunteers's works
- Synergy with other OC for other
support
- Award and recognition
- Maintain team relationship

7. Logistic Manager
- To ensure all the material use for the
whole event
- Logistic budget plan
- Work closely with design manager
for artwork printing
- Follow up and work closely with
printing house

8. Session/Agenda Manager
- Create and manage event agenda
- To find and Follow up with guest
speakers
- Pre-event session management
- Manage the event flow
- Work closely with guest speaker for
pre-event and event day

9. Sponsorship Manager
- Create/manage sponsorship proposal
- Ensure to find the sponsor for the
event
- Keep good relationship and follow up
with sponsors
- Event venue
- Take care of the sponsors needs

10. Design Manager
- Create events promotion materials
- Work closely with other OC for
designed material needed
- Social media management

11. NOTE
- This is just a brief job description for each role, we will
provide more information during interview.
